1

Step 1
First, we wash the dragon fish clean and cut it into small pieces, about 1cm*1cm in size.
2

Step 2
Cut the ginger into thin strips and put them in the bowl with the fish pieces.
3

Step 3
Add 2g of olive oil and 2g of starch, and marinate for about 5 minutes.
4

Step 4
As a seasoning, the tomatoes need to be peeled. Cut a cross on the top of the tomatoes and soak them in boiling water for 5 minutes.
5

Step 5
Slowly tear off the tomato skin from the cut, it’s very easy to peel, then cut into pieces.
6

Step 6
Heat the wok and add 3g of olive oil, pour in the tomato pieces and stir-fry until the juice comes out.
7

Step 7
After stir-frying, pour the tomatoes into the cooking pot, add water and bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 3 minutes. The soup will be more pure and rich, no need to add other seasonings.
8

Step 8
After simmering, add the fish pieces (remember to remove the ginger strips from the marinated fish), and then bring to a boil over high heat.
9

Step 9
After boiling, add starch to thicken the soup (starch should be mixed with water), continue to boil over high heat until it’s done.
10

Step 10
A delicious and nutritious dragon fish tomato soup is completed.
