Instructions

1. Step 1

Cut the carp into pieces, add sliced ginger, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and five-spice powder, and marinate for half an hour.

Heat oil in a wok, fry until the surface is tight, the fish meat turns yellow, and then remove and drain the oil.

Leave a small amount of oil in the wok, add peppercorns, scallions, and ginger, and stir-fry.
