Marinate the chicken wings with sugar, salt, chili powder, and onion powder for about 2 hours.

Heat oil in a pot.

Add the marinated chicken wings to the pot, remember to constantly flip them, and turn down the heat to prevent burning. The number of wings to fry at a time depends on the size of your pot. I fry 4 at a time, and each time it takes about 10 minutes to cook.
