Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, stir-fry the diced meat until it changes color and the oil starts to come out.

Add the minced scallions, garlic, and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant. Add the diced mushrooms, stir-fry until fragrant.

Mix the dry yellow sauce/Miso and sweet bean sauce with water, pour it into the pan, and stir-fry until the sauce is fragrant. Add sugar to taste.

Add two cups of water to cover the meat, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Simmer until the sauce is thickened.
