- ginger 20g (1 small piece)
- chili 1 piece (optional)
- cornstarch 1 tbsp

Step 1
Chop a lot of garlic, a little ginger, and add some chili if you like spicy. Add soy sauce and salt. Mix well with a little cooking wine. If you like a smooth texture, add cornstarch. If you like to chew on meat threads, the above seasonings are enough.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a while to let it marinate. If the weather is not cold enough, it’s easy to spoil, so refrigeration is safer. I marinated it after lunch and it was very flavorful by dinner time.
