1

Step 1
Prepare the ingredients, soak the dragon’s beard noodles (transparent) in cold water for about 15 minutes.
2

Step 2
Cut the baby cabbage in half, and chop the carrots and garlic into fine pieces. Cut the scallions into small segments.
3

Step 3
Lay the soaked noodles at the bottom of the plate, then neatly arrange the baby cabbage on top. Sprinkle the carrot pieces in a straight line in the middle of the cabbage.
4

Step 4
Heat a pan with oil over medium heat, and stir-fry the garlic pieces.
5

Step 5
Add salt (key to flavor, usually half a spoonful), and light soy sauce, stir-fry until fragrant.
6

Step 6
Sprinkle the stir-fried garlic over the cabbage, in a straight line, without covering the carrots. Pour the remaining oil in the pan into the dish, add a quarter spoonful of salt, and sprinkle evenly over the cabbage. Add Shaoxing wine, and steam over high heat for 8 minutes.
7

Step 7
After steaming, sprinkle scallions over the top in a straight line, and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
8

Step 8
Serve, and mix the garlic, noodles, and cabbage evenly to bring out the flavor.
