Wash the cured meat with rice washing water, then rinse with clean water. In the picture, I only stir-fried half of the cured meat.

Pour clean water into the pot, add the cured meat to be cooked, and add an appropriate amount of peppercorns. Cook the cured meat until it is done.

After the cooked cured meat has cooled slightly, cut it into slices.

Wash the garlic sprouts clean, cut the garlic sprout stalks and leaves into segments, and cut the ginger and garlic into shreds.
