Instructions

1. Step 1

Wash the shrimp and drain the water. Cut the scallions, ginger, and chili into strips, and cut the parsley into small sections for later use.

2. Step 2

Put oil in the pot and directly add peppercorns. After frying out the fragrance, add the shrimp and stir-fry.

3. Step 3

When the shrimp are 70% cooked, add the scallions, ginger, garlic, chili, salt, and cooking wine, and stir-fry until they are cooked. Then, serve and sprinkle with parsley.
