Instructions

1. Step 1

Wash the Chinese broccoli thoroughly, cut it in half, and then cut each half into four pieces. Arrange them on a plate.

2. Step 2

Wash the shrimp, blanch them in hot water until they are cooked, and arrange them on top of the Chinese broccoli.

3. Step 3

Fry the minced garlic in oil until it turns light yellow, then transfer it to a small plate, add a small amount of salt, oyster sauce, and monosodium glutamate, and mix well.
