Choose and wash the hollow vegetables, drain the water! Note that the stems should not be discarded! The hollow vegetable stems are the most delicious.

Heat the wok with oil, when the oil is 80% hot, add the hollow vegetables and stir-fry. Add the minced garlic and ensure the heat is high. When it’s almost cooked, add salt. It’s essential to add salt at the end, as adding it too early can cause the vegetables to release water and become unappetizing.
