Instructions

1. Step 1

Finely chop the lean meat and place it in a stew pot.

2. Step 2

Add the cleaned American ginseng and 3 bowls of purified water.

3. Step 3

Cover the stew pot, put it in the steamer, and add water to 5/7 of the stew pot.

4. Step 4

I use the Yili slow cooker, prepare it at 10 pm and plan to drink it at 7 am, so I set it to start 5 hours later, and steam it for 3 hours and 40 minutes.
