About This Recipe
Crispy Noodle-Wrapped Shrimp is a mouthwatering dish that combines succulent shrimp with a golden, crunchy noodle coating for an irresistible texture. The shrimp are marinated in aromatic flower pepper powder, zesty lemon juice, and salt to enhance their natural sweetness. Lightly cooked noodles are wrapped around each shrimp, coated with starch, and fried to perfection at just the right temperature for a delicate crispiness. A second fry ensures an extra-crunchy exterior while keeping the shrimp tender inside. The dish is finished with a creamy salad sauce and a burst of fresh fruit particles, adding a delightful contrast of flavors and textures. Perfect as an appetizer or main course, this recipe delivers a satisfying crunch in every bite, balanced by tangy and sweet notes. Quick to prepare yet impressive in presentation, it’s a must-try for seafood lovers looking for a unique twist on fried shrimp.
