Instructions

1. Step 1

Cut the southern tofu into small cubes, wash and chop the mushrooms into small dices, and chop the scallions and ginger into fine pieces.

2. Step 2

Mix the ground beef with soy sauce, ginger, and olive oil, and marinate for a while.

3. Step 3

Heat oil in a pot, add the chopped scallions and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the marinated ground beef and stir-fry until it changes color, add the mushroom dices and stir-fry, adjust the seasoning with light soy sauce, salt, and sugar, and add an appropriate amount of broth to bring to a boil.

4. Step 4

Add the tofu and bring to a boil, then reduce the sauce and serve.
