Heat a small amount of oil in the wok over low heat, then add peanuts and fry until crispy. Remove and let cool. Cut purple cabbage and bell pepper into pieces.

Open the corn can and pour the corn kernels into a small bowl for later use. Leave the oil used for frying peanuts in the wok, add a small amount of minced garlic and stir-fry until slightly yellow.
