Roast black sesame seeds in a pan over low heat, stirring constantly to prevent burning, until they start to jump and make a popping sound, then remove and let cool.

Roast glutinous rice flour in a pan over low heat, stirring constantly, until it turns slightly yellow, then remove.

Place peanuts in a microwave-safe container and heat on medium-high for 3 minutes, or until fragrant. Alternatively, use a pan to stir-fry them.

Grind peanuts with a small amount of roasted glutinous rice flour in a blender until coarsely ground, leaving some texture. Also, grind roasted black sesame seeds with a small amount of roasted glutinous rice flour into a finer powder.

Combine 10g milk powder, 30g honey, 30g sugar, and approximately 180g warm water in a pan and mix well.
