Instructions

1. Step 1

Step 1
Wash the ribs clean and marinate them with ingredient A for 30 minutes. Cut the green and red peppers and pineapple into pieces.

2. Step 2

Mix all the seasonings in B evenly. Sift the powdery ingredients in C and mix with a small amount of water to make a batter.

3. Step 3

Heat oil in a pot until it reaches 80% heat, then coat the marinated ribs with the batter from C and fry until they are cooked.

4. Step 4

After all the ribs are fried, take them out and heat the oil to 100% heat. Double-fry the ribs for 10 seconds, then take them out and place them on kitchen paper to drain excess oil.

5. Step 5

Add a small amount of oil to the wok, stir-fry the green and red peppers and pineapple pieces, then take them out. Pour in the seasonings from B, bring to a boil, and add the fried ribs and the stir-fried green and red peppers and pineapple pieces. Coat everything evenly with the sauce and serve.
