Slice the pork belly into thin pieces and mix with meat seasoning.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and a small amount of water, then stir the meat pieces evenly, separate them one by one, and place them in a bowl to marinate for 15 minutes.

Rinse the rice twice and put it into the rice cooker with an appropriate amount of water.
