Boil a pot of water, and when the water boils, put the cabbage into the boiling water to cook for 5 to 7 minutes, in order to make the cabbage leaves soft and easy to wrap.

While cooking the cabbage, prepare the meat filling. Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces. Put the ground meat into a large container.

Add the chopped onion, garlic, and rice to the ground meat, then add the egg and breadcrumbs.
