Peel and devein the fresh shrimp, wash and cut the chicken breast into pieces, and marinate them with salt, pepper, cooking wine, and cornstarch.

Wash and cut the green and red bell peppers into pieces, and cut the cucumber into small oblique pieces. Wash and slice the scallions.

Deep-fry the peanuts until they are cooked and set aside.

Heat oil in the wok, stir-fry the chicken and shrimp until they change color, add scallions and stir-fry until fragrant. Add cooking wine, chili sauce, and fermented bean paste, and stir-fry. Add sugar, salt, light soy sauce, and sesame oil, then add a small amount of broth. Finally, add the bell peppers, cucumber, and peanuts, and stir-fry with a little cornstarch.
