Cut the Chinese cabbage into diamond-shaped pieces and sprinkle with salt to drain excess water.

Cut the red chili peppers into small segments, add a small amount of water to the pot, bring to a boil, then add sugar, white vinegar, and salt to the chili pepper water, and mix well. Add slices of yellow lemon.
