Mix purple glutinous rice and rice, wash and soak in clean water for 2-3 hours.

Use a knife to cut along the mango pit, cut down the flesh on both sides of the pit, then use a knife to cut out a grid pattern on the flesh, and finally cut the flesh into small dices along the mango skin.

Peel off the outer skin of the mango pit and put it into a pot, add an appropriate amount of clean water.

Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes, remove the mango pit, and add it to the purple rice, simmer over low heat for 40 minutes, until the purple rice is soft and sticky, if you like sweet, you can add a small amount of rock sugar, dissolve and turn off the heat.
