Marinate the chicken wings overnight, season with your favorite ingredients, such as cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, five-spice powder, and black pepper powder. If you’re not sure how to mix the marinade, you can buy pre-made chicken marinade powder. (If you’re short on time, you can marinate for half an hour to an hour. Before marinating, use a toothpick to poke some small holes in the chicken wings to help them absorb the flavors quickly.)

Place the chopsticks on a plate.

Place the chicken wings coated with breadcrumbs on the chopsticks. If you feel that the breadcrumbs are not sticky enough, you can coat the chicken wings with egg liquid before coating with breadcrumbs. (Actually, I think it’s the same with or without egg liquid~)
