Prepare the ingredients, wash and dry the mixed vegetables. If using frozen products, thaw and wash them before use. Prepare a handful of pine nuts, olive oil, salt, sugar, and black pepper powder.

Cover the pine nuts with plastic wrap and poke some holes in it, then put it in the microwave.

Microwave on medium frequency for 1 minute, remembering to take a photo halfway through.
