- chicken feather vegetable 100g

- soy sauce 1 tbsp
- salt to taste
- sesame oil 1 tsp

Mix ground pork with cooking wine, scallion, salt, and soy sauce.

Clean and chop mushrooms into small pieces, clean and chop chicken feather vegetable, clean and soak tofu, then cut into small cubes.

Boil water with ginger slices and a whole scallion, add cooking wine, then put in small meatballs and boil until the soup is clear.
