Instructions

1. Step 1

Soak the dried mushrooms in water, then slice them into pieces. Slice the pork into pieces. Cut the cucumber and carrot into ling-type slices. Cut the scallions into horse hoof slices. Slice the ginger into shreds and the garlic into slices. Blanch the mushrooms in boiling water.

2. Step 2

Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry the scallions, ginger, and garlic to fragrance. Add the pork and stir-fry until fragrant. Add cooking wine, oyster sauce, a small amount of soy sauce, and a small amount of sugar. Then add the other ingredients and season with salt, chicken powder, and white pepper powder.
