Northeastern Style Braised Pork in Pot

Northeastern Style Braised Pork in Pot

Crispy Sweet and Sour Pork Loin is a mouthwatering dish that combines tender meat with a perfect balance of tangy and sweet flavors. Thinly sliced pork loin is marinated with salt and cooking wine for depth, then coated in a light starch paste and double-fried for an irresistibly crispy texture. The magic lies in the homemade sauce—a blend of vinegar, sugar, light soy sauce, and aromatic spices—that clings to each golden-brown piece. Fresh scallions, ginger, and cilantro add brightness, while a quick high-heat stir-fry locks in the flavors. This recipe delivers restaurant-quality crispiness with a glossy, flavorful glaze, making it a standout weeknight meal or impressive dinner party dish. Perfectly crunchy yet juicy, it’s a crowd-pleaser that’s easier to make than you think!
