Instructions

1. Step 1

Peel and wash the lotus root and cut it into segments. Soak the dried tofu skin in hot water, then remove and cut into pieces. Wash the mushrooms and create some patterns on them.

2. Step 2

You can adjust the ingredients according to your family’s taste, such as adding broccoli, yam, taro, carrot, or white radish. Choose your favorite ingredients and cook them together. “Stewing” means cooking for a long time.

3. Step 3

Cooking method: Fill a pot with half water, add the gluten, cover the pot, and bring to a boil. Then add the dried tofu skin and lotus root segments, and cook until they are boiling. Add the sausage, shrimp, and mushrooms, and cook until they are boiling. Add salt and lettuce, then turn off the heat. Add the crab meat stick, cherry tomatoes, and pepper powder, and drizzle with fragrant oil. If you have sliced meat at home, you can also stir-fry it in a pan and add it to the pot.

4. Step 4

When serving, follow the order of cooking, otherwise, some ingredients may become overcooked. The crab meat stick should not be cooked, so add it just before serving.
