First, prepare the sauce by mixing 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce or soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 4 tablespoons of water, and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Stir well and cook with a small amount of oil until thickened.

Prepare the main ingredients, including 2-3 pieces of Chinese cabbage, 1 egg, a suitable amount of fish roe, a suitable amount of shrimp or squid, and a small amount of seaweed. Also, prepare 40g of all-purpose flour.
