Slice the beef and vegetables into thin pieces.

Mix the beef with auxiliary ingredients from part A and stir until well combined.

Pour 2 tablespoons of oil into the pan, heat it over high heat for 3 minutes, add the mixed beef, cover and cook over high heat at P100 for 4 minutes until 90% cooked, then remove and set aside.

Stir-fry the vegetables with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil over high heat at P100 for 3 minutes, then remove.

Mix the 90% cooked beef with the vegetables, stir-fry over high heat at P100 for 3 minutes until done.
