Instructions

1. Step 1

Cut the beef into thin strips (against the grain), add oyster sauce, cooking wine, cornstarch, and oil, and marinate for about half an hour.

2. Step 2

Cut carrots and broccoli stems into slices as auxiliary materials, cut onions into small pieces, and mince garlic.

3. Step 3

Heat the pot, add cold oil, and stir-fry the beef until it is cooked.

4. Step 4

Leave a small amount of oil in the pot, stir-fry the minced garlic, add onion and broccoli stems, and stir-fry. Add a small amount of water and oyster sauce, bring to a boil, then add the beef and stir-fry quickly. Finally, drizzle with sesame oil.
