Oyster Sauce Chicken Wings with Mushrooms

About This Recipe

This savory Chicken Wings with Dried Mushrooms recipe is a deliciously aromatic dish that combines tender chicken wings with earthy dried mushrooms for a rich, umami-packed flavor. The wings are first stir-fried until golden, then simmered with ginger, scallions, and a blend of oyster sauce, soy sauce, and a touch of ice sugar for a perfect balance of sweet and savory. The secret to its deep flavor? Using the mushroom-soaking water to enhance the sauce! Slowly braised to perfection, the chicken becomes melt-in-your-mouth tender while the sauce thickens into a glossy, irresistible glaze. A must-try for anyone who loves hearty, comforting dishes with layers of delicious depth!
