Take 2 fresh eggs and 1 onion. It’s better to use a light-colored onion as its color is closer to the egg white, making the dish look more appealing.

Cut the onion into 1cm wide slices.

Apply a small amount of plant oil to the bottom of the pan and heat it to 60% heat. Add the onion slices and eggs. Cook over low heat. Flip the eggs after 2-3 minutes and cook the other side. Alternatively, you can also cook for 2-3 minutes without flipping, then cover the pan and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
