Instructions

1. Step 1

Rinse the agar and soak it in 250g of clean water, then steam it and set aside.

2. Step 2

Add alkali to the peas and boil them in water until they are cooked, then mash them and remove the skin. Put them in a pot, add sugar, and stir-fry over the fire until it boils, constantly stirring to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot.

3. Step 3

When the water has evaporated, pour in the agar and stir-fry for a while to make the pea paste.

4. Step 4

Pour the fried pea paste into a rectangular plate, cool it (cover with a layer of oil paper to prevent the surface from cracking), and place it in a well-ventilated area. After cooling, refrigerate it and cut it into pieces before serving.
