Peking Sauce Beef Strips

About This Recipe

This savory Stir-Fried Pork Loin with Sweet Sauce is a mouthwatering dish that combines tender pork, aromatic spices, and a rich, umami-packed sauce for an unforgettable meal. Thin strips of pork loin are marinated in Shaoxing wine and ginger to remove any gaminess, then coated in a velvety mix of egg white and starch for extra tenderness. The magic lies in the homemade sauce—blending sweet sauce, tomato sauce, and oyster sauce for a perfect balance of sweet and savory. Quick stir-frying locks in the juices, while a final drizzle of sesame oil adds depth. Served atop scallion strips and steamed bean curd skin, this dish offers a delightful contrast of textures and flavors. Perfect for a quick yet impressive weeknight dinner!
