1. Step 1

Rub the intestine with a few teaspoons of flour and a small amount of salt to remove the odor.

Boil the intestine in cold water until it is cooked, but not overcooked, to remove the odor.

Dry the intestine with paper towels or let it air dry, then fry it in hot oil. (This step can be skipped if you prefer a softer texture.) Be careful of oil splatters and adjust the frying time to your liking.

Prepare all the ingredients, including spices, pickled vegetables, and chili peppers. (Let the intestine cool, then slice it and set it aside.)

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the spices to bring out their flavor.
