Soak the pickled vegetable in cold water for 10 minutes. The packaged pickled vegetable is very salty, so it needs to be soaked in clean water and the water changed twice, with a small amount of sugar added to prevent it from being too salty.

Chop the pickled vegetable into small pieces and mince the garlic.

In a bowl, mix the light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and sesame oil until well combined.

Prepare a long plate, remove the lid of a box of silken tofu, and carefully cut around the edges of the box with a knife. Turn the tofu over onto the plate and cut a small slit in one corner of the box. The tofu will automatically fall out onto the plate.
