Wash and clean the small green vegetables and pig liver. Cut some green onion segments and ginger particles.

Slice the pig liver into pieces and put them into a small bowl.

Add a small amount of cooking wine to remove the fishy smell, and mix with a small spoon of starch to make the pig liver tender. Be careful not to add too much starch.
