Instructions

Soak the pork liver in water for 1 hour, then slice it thinly and mix with ginger slices, oil, and wine.

Boil water in a pot, add spinach and blanch until the water boils again, then remove and rinse.

Boil 4-5 bowls of water in a pot, add the blanched spinach after the water boils, and use chopsticks to press the spinach underwater.

After the water boils, add the marinated pork liver, open the lid and cook until the pork liver changes color, remove and flip it, then continue cooking until it changes color again and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, season with salt to taste.
