Add an appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, pepper powder, and a small amount of cornstarch to the pounded pork tenderloin, mix well, and marinate for later use. Cut the pineapple into small pieces for later use; Coat the marinated pork tenderloin with egg liquid and then coat it with flour (flour and cornstarch in a 2:1 ratio).
