Cut the pork into 1.5cm cubes, add 15ml of soy sauce, a pinch of black pepper powder, 3g of salt, 3g of starch, and 15ml of oil, and marinate for 30 minutes. Cut the pineapple into cubes of similar size to the meat. Cut the green and red bell peppers into pieces.
