Prepare all the ingredients as shown: 1 piece of tofu, ginger, garlic, bell pepper, minced meat, and scallions (replaced with leek since scallions were out of stock).

Mince the ginger and garlic, chop the bell pepper into small pieces, and cut the scallions into flower-shaped pieces.

Cut the tofu into 2cm cubic blocks.
