Cut the pork ribs into pieces, wash and clean, put them into a pot, add cold water, and boil over high heat. Remove the foam and set aside.

Heat a small amount of oil in a wok, add scallions and ginger, and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour the pork ribs into the wok, add 5ml of cooking wine, and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour the stir-fried pork ribs and the soup into a stew pot, add about 2-2.5 liters of water.

After boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2 hours. Add 2 small spoons of salt 30 minutes before the end.
