Peel the potatoes, cut them into thick slices, and boil them in cold water with a small amount of salt.

While the potatoes are cooking, cut the carrots into small dices and wash the corn kernels and peas, setting them aside.

Check the potatoes by poking them with a chopstick; when they are easily pierced, they are done. Remove them and set aside.

Blanch the corn kernels, carrot dices, and peas in boiling water for 5 minutes, then remove and drain the water.

Mash the potatoes with a spoon, add a small amount of salt and a few drops of sesame oil, then mix in the corn kernels, carrot dices, and peas. Wearing disposable gloves, shape the mixture into balls and place them on a plate. Drizzle with salad dressing to complete.
