Prepare the ingredients.

Slice the ham, cucumber, and small tomatoes in half, and chop the large tomatoes into wedges. Chop the cilantro into small pieces and set aside.

Crush the garlic into a paste, then mix it with a tablespoon of water.

Combine sesame paste, vinegar, light soy sauce, garlic paste mixture, and sugar in a bowl. Stir until smooth and set aside.

Dry roast the peanuts in a pan over medium heat for 5 minutes. Let them cool, then remove the red skin and crush them lightly with a pestle.
