Instructions

1. Step 1

The first step: grate the radish into fine shreds, add salt, and let it sit for half an hour. Then, squeeze out the water from the radish shreds by hand, but not too dry!

Step 2
The second step: add monosodium glutamate, ancient moon noodles and flour, and stir well to mix the flour and radish shreds together. You can shape them into ball shapes.

3. Step 3

Step 3
The third step: pour cooking oil into the pot, heat it to 70% heat, and then put in the shaped balls. Fry until they turn golden red.
