Soak the dried golden needle mushrooms in cold water in advance, wash and clean, then set aside.

Wash and dice the tomatoes (two tomatoes were used, but only one is shown in the photo); wash and chop the scallions into flower-like pieces; the small rape is home-grown on the balcony, absolutely natural.

Cut the tofu into strips and set aside.

Boil water in a clay pot, add diced tomatoes and tofu strips, cook for 10 minutes, then add golden needle mushrooms and cook until softened, add small rape and cook briefly, season with a little salt, add scallions, and drizzle with sesame oil (those who like to thicken can add a thin starchy sauce).
