Instructions

1. Step 1

Heat oil and garlic in the pot. While the rice cooker is preheating, beat the eggs in a bowl and pour them into the slightly heated rice cooker.

2. Step 2

Add a small amount of salt, cooked corn kernels, cooked carrot cubes, and leftover rice, and mix well. Add a small amount of seasoning, cover the lid, and press the steam cook button.

3. Step 3

After about 5 minutes, open the rice cooker, stir the ingredients again. If it’s too dry, add a small amount of water and simmer for another 5 minutes.
