- tofu 300g
The aromatics
- scallions 2 stalks
- ginger 20g (sliced)
- carrots 200g (sliced)
The sauce & seasonings
- chili powder 1 tsp
- cooking wine 2 tbsp
- light soy sauce 2 tbsp
- dark soy sauce 1 tbsp
- honey 1 tbsp
- steamed fish soy sauce 1 tbsp

Soak the pork ribs in clean water, discard the bloody water, and repeat this process 3-4 times, each time for about 10 minutes.

After soaking, remove excess water from the ribs, and add scallions and ginger slices, chili powder.

Prepare the seasonings: cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, honey, steamed fish soy sauce.
