Peel and deseed the pumpkin, then cut it into slices at an angle (not too thick).

Boil the salted egg, separate the egg white and yolk, and take the yolk. Use a spoon to press it into a crumb (you can buy pure egg yolk for convenience).

Flatten the garlic and cut it into garlic paste.

Heat oil in a pot, add the garlic paste and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the pumpkin slices and stir-fry.
