Wash the chicken feet and chicken tips, remove the nails from the chicken feet, and cut them in half (optional, depending on personal preference).

Put water in a pot, add the washed chicken feet and chicken tips, along with 2 slices of ginger and cooking wine. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium heat and cook for 2 minutes.

After cooking, remove the chicken feet and chicken tips from the pot, and soak them in cold water for a while, or rinse with cold water to cool down.

Prepare the sauce ingredients.
